THE ROBLOX MYTH GOZ

The Clown Who Always Loved Jokes

G0Z (real name Annie Holmes) is a classic myth and one of, if not the largest myth on ROBLOX. His accomplishments include having the most visited M genre game on the site, with The Circus In the Sky! having at one point been on the front page. G0Z is also the founder of Collaboration! which is a group known to house some of the most influential and long lasting M genre developers, as well as The Circus in the Sky. 

G0Z first gained traction in 2014 through his game, featuring his home. The allure of this game is that periodically, myth hunters' corpses would be added to the game itself. G0Z popularized the craze of clown myths in the M genre, particularly after his spike in popularity. Although G0Z was already a popular myth, being active during the Golden Age of myths, G0Z became even more popular through the involvement of Flamingo and other ROBLOX YouTubers. G0Z is the first myth to have their backstory be unveiled through a webcomic, titled The Circus in the Sky, detailing his childhood.

Before his birth, G0Z's parents believed that they would be having a baby girl. They named him Annie. They were shocked when G0Z's gender was falsely predicted by nurses. G0Z was born with an extra finger on his right hand which prompted his mother to call him a freak, adding to her disgust. 

A month later after G0Z's parents moved in, they decided to simply let go of G0Z and try for another child. G0Z was left to become the problem of the church, leaving him on the front step. G0Z was found by Sigmund who handed him off to Father Sondés, who alleged that they would take care of him. 

This, however, was not the case, as the pastor and the Nun would sell him to Sunny Children's Foundation when he was of age on the basis that he was a freak without any value in the outside world. It is later revealed that the Pastor shared this sentiment for all of the kids. This mentality and his periodical abuse were motivators in ultimately driving Sigmund and G0Z to escape. Sigmund grew up alongside G0Z, taking care of him when Sondés would not.

𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐧𝐝é𝐬' 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞

Growing up, G0Z loved to make jokes, usually at Sondés' expense. One day, G0Z made a joke about Sondés looking like a sloth when he yawned. As a result, G0Z and Sigmund were reprimanded by not being offered dinner. To protect G0Z, Sigmund pushed Sondés and was hurt in the transgression. This prompted the both of them to plan an escape. As a means to escape, they would have to make friends to aid their efforts. Luckily, two new children fell under Sondés' care--Tsubaki and Haru Akai. Sondés was seemingly familiar with that surname but was unsure as to how. 

Once the Akais were shown to their new room, G0Z and Sigmund revealed themselves as friendly, to the surprise of the Akais. The boys offered to help clean their dirty room as a token of their friendship. The Akais revealed that their fathers are involved in dangerous mafia business but this did not discourage the boys from befriending them. 

Three weeks later, G0Z dubbed their friend group the Frog Mafia (dervied from the Akais' mafia background and Sigmund's love of frogs) and began planning their escape, called "Operation: Free the Frog Mafia". 

They devised that they need to break into Father Sondés' office in order rob the Sunshine Vault using the Akais' craft expertise and their personal collection of trinkets. Using the items they found lying around, they created an Apple Destroyer that shoots apples. Their planning gets interrupted by Sondés who grabs G0Z. Sigmund fired the Apple Destroyer into Sondés' chest, freeing G0Z from Sondés' grip. The Akais then knocked the pastor out and the Frog Mafia continued their plan to break into the Sunshine Vault. 

Along the way, G0Z becomes called by Father Sun who tells him not to feel threatened as his presence brings warmth and happiness. Father Sun attempted to seduce G0Z into becoming a part of him, but G0Z did not give up control and instead warned the entity to stay out of his head. This attempt is futile however Father Sun states that now that they have made a connection, the two will be bonded someday when he has nothing left but madness. G0Z passes out and Sigmund takes him in his arms.  

They reached the office, which was locked, so then Tsubaki kicked her way into Sondés' office which woke G0Z up, to the relief of Sigmund. Realizing that the safe is locked, they looked around the office in search for the key. 

While searching the office, G0Z found a book titled "The Church of Father Sun". Father Sun asked G0Z to look at the Scripture, saying that he could call upon the Father's light upon his time of need. Before he could gaze for too long, Sigmund checked up on G0Z to see if he was okay. G0Z said that he was and put the tome in his back pocket. The sisters discovered the key in a loose floorboard. Inside of the safe is a small box which G0Z crawled into. 

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐝𝐨𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐬

The box turned out to be a portal to the Kingdom of Sunothodis. Caroline greets G0Z upon exiting the box. Meanwhile, the Akais reveal to Sigmund that Caroline is a family friend of theirs, and that only Sunothodis doctors can help G0Z with his ailment regarding Father Sun. G0Z, missing his friends, began to cry as he could not open the door. Caroline responded to this with hugs. Caroline told G0Z that she knows the Akais and that they will meet up with G0Z in two years. She then told G0Z that if he had come to Sunothodis any later, he would have died, as Father Sun cursed him.
